What's in the REBOOT Package

The REBOOT package includes various services catering to a fully integrated experience.  Organisations will receive 20 complete user-friendly theme day write-ups with appendices that can be run as weekly lunchtime sessions.  Each of these theme days has been developed alongside world-leading research in the field of psychological wellbeing and incorporates key principles for maintaining student wellbeing into every session. Alongside this in-person content, organisations will also be given access to REBOOT’s online subscription portal, which provides access to 19 additional video reels with challenges that students can interact with at home, known as ‘REBOOSTERers’ (see below).

Once purchased, a REBOOT support officer will be available to help with getting REBOOT set up in your local school, training volunteers & visiting your program once a term. We'd also love to catch up over a coffee to touch base with you, see how you going & support you in whatever way we can. For optimal delivery and functioning, the program ideally requires an investment of 5-6 locally sourced volunteers. Your organisation must provide these volunteers; however, your REBOOT support officer can consult on this process and provide personalised assistance where possible.  If these staffing requirements are unachievable, the program can be adjusted for delivery by a minimum of 2-3 volunteers.  Your support officer can also consult on how best to manage these adjustments. 

The package also includes training for volunteers, who will be instructed on running the program effectively, efficiently, and safely.  The REBOOT team will organise a training day to ensure volunteers are confident in their roles and deliver a quality experience for all students.  The training is in person but we can discuss online delivery methods if this is required.  Training days will be organised once a year, with subsequent support offered by your REBOOT support officer.

REBOOSTers

All REBOOT pricing options provide customers access to 19 different video reels to accompany each of the REBOOT program’s theme days, except for the year's final program.  These reels, known as ‘REBOOSTers’, are designed to facilitate an interactive REBOOT experience at home through online content. Each video provides a succinct summary of the key learning from the corresponding REBOOT Day.  This allows students to interact with and retain the key information from the recently attended session. Delivering this key information in a new format allows students to recode the knowledge they have received from the program.  The recoding of knowledge through methods such as this has been demonstrated to increase the retention of meaningful information and deepen engagement with the presented ideas. 

This short-form video content has been designed with ease of distribution in mind for educators and volunteers alike.  As part of the package purchased by customers, REBOOT volunteers will receive printable QR codes to distribute to students at the end of each REBOOT session.  The students then take these QR codes home and scan them on their chosen devices.  They watch the short video and complete the challenge, reporting back to the REBOOT worker the following week to receive their prize.

 

 

REBOOT PRICING

REBOOT offers three different pricing options. 

The "EASY AS" package for $1500 includes ALL you need, including a kit valued at $500*. We also provide, for the first initial year; one training day, one visit per term by a REBOOT support officer and termly in-person or phone catch-ups/support to touch base with how the program, your volunteers & most importantly you are going. There will be subsequent fees for ongoing support & training after the first initial year.

However, if, instead, your organisation would prefer to source their own physical materials, the "DIY" package offers a reduced rate of $1000.  In this case, REBOOT will provide your organisation with a list of required and suggested materials you to purchase yourself. You will still receive the theme day write-ups, REBOOSTer videos, training & support as in the "EASY AS" package.

One of the strengths inherent to the program is a level of flexibility that allows REBOOT to be adapted to various other contexts outside a typical classroom setting.  This flexibility of adaptation is reflected in our third pricing option, the unambiguously named "THE TALKS" package.

Some examples of different groups and organisations that may be interested in this version of the program could include afterschool programs, churches or church-related groups, youth groups or other kids-centred clubs, and schools without the time or resources to run the full version.

"THE TALKS" package is offered at the heavily reduced rate of $500.  This package provides you and your organisation with 20 complete, user-friendly talks and activities that have been designed around the key principles of the theory of Subjective well-being homeostasis (SWB).
