SFT20 Talks

Student Focus is our original Schools program, developed in order to help churches support students in their local schools. High energy and lots of fun, it provides students in Years 7-9 with a safe space to socialise, connect with others and feel known by members of their school community. This weekly, lunchtime program is run by church volunteers, trained and supported by Youth Dimension. These volunteers are equipped with games and resources to ensure an exciting and relevant addition to a school's wellbeing activities.

Lunchtime for secondary students means food, freedom and fun.  Our games and talks at YD are designed to fit into that part of a student’s day.  High energy games and evidence-based wellbeing short-talks give trained volunteers the opportunity to support a local school.

Self-Esteem

Self-Esteem is how worthwhile we feel as individuals. It is an important protective mechanism for our wellbeing.
